Mt. Drum

Location:  Alaska, Wrangell Mountains

Although a flat tire had crippled us as we left the Wrangell Mountains, I couldn’t resist stopping to sketch this view of the lush tundra valley below the magnificent snow summit.  I painted it later in my studio.
